The Nestlé Social Media case

You might have heard about the recent dispute between Nestlé and Greenpeace in the social media about the alleged use of illegally produced palm oil by Nestlé for its products.  My colleague Corinne Weisgerber from the US presents this story in her blog.  A very good case about the power of social media and maybe new lessons for businesses about damage control
