The Social Technographics ladder of the Groundswell , the Forrester sponsored book of Lee and Bernhoff, has been updated. The ladder is enhanced with a new category, the "Conversationalists", in order to include the Twitter users.
For readers of this blog interested in Social Media behavior: my Spanish colleagues and myself are working on the first research papers based on our research on user segments of Social Networking Sites in Holland and Spain. More about these studies soon.
