Defining the terms Web 2.0 and Social Media is not easy; there is no officially accepted term yet and a Google query with this term will deliver millions of pages. Readers of the blog maybe remember that some time ago I posted the definition of Web 2.0 / Social Media as it stands in one of my articles. I found an interesting video in YouTube explaining the term in plain English. Up to you to decide what really Social Media is!
